Anyone use(s/es) AAA Insurance for their home and got sinkhole and flood coverage. Any problem with claims? How would you rate them?

Other compainies for insurance for home, flood, sinkhole for village home property?

If the house is preowned you may not get sinkhole insurance

Only new houses qualify according to the Villages Insurance agency. We purchased a new house. Deductible is quite high (20k) but it only runs us $42.00 per year. Well worth to not have sleepless nights.
