Had them do our landscaping and curbing. Beautiful job - we get many compliments. We needed to contact them about some plants that were looking bad. After some communication issues, which Kimberly explained and apologized for, she took care of our problems immediately. She is a hard working gal and is very knowledgeable about landscaping.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR LANDSCAPE WORK.

we too had big problems 5 years ago. Thought she might have matured in her business sense by now. Keep at her & Sorry for your trouble.

Same thing happened to me. Could not get her to return my call. :swear:

Kwik Kerb did two jobs for me. Called on Saturday, call returned Monday, job done on Tuesday.

Good work, quickly done, fair price.

I would use them again.

They are two kwik kurbs company's. I have used the one owned by Dan pope does great work.

I will cross them off my list!

The same could be said about any of the Landscaping Companies. They responded to me four years ago and did an excellent job with my landscaping. OP, sorry for your experience and frustration.

Is it just me? I read the OP, and it reads as very satisfied, highly recommends. Why all the gloom and doom post?

Do you have a contact number for Dan Pope?

American may have changed but when I used them some 5 years ago they did an acceptable job but once done they were done. My neighbor had used them prior to me and had the same problem. Perhaps they realized that unless they came back to correct mistakes and service the work they had done there business would suffer.

If I am correct in remembering, I think that Dan Pope's company did most of the curbing for The Villages
