Painting outside cement

Looking for someone to paint our front walkway and our back outside patio (16x16). Disappointed with some BBB reports on names we have on our list. Want the paint to last, not fade in the sun like so many jobs we see. Only have one reputable name. Would like to do some comparisons.

All paint and stain will fade unless you seal it every year or so.

Even sealing will not prevent fading. If you must paint, try to select a color that you'll still like when it's several shades lighter.

Check with Amy Newson, Inc. She comes highly recommended by me and a lot of others. 308-7410

Amy and her crew do an excellent job. The Florida sun is tough on stain/paint.

Another vote for Amy Newsome...she's the best !!

Check some driveways that have been done a few years back (and sealed) and you will see that it fades from the sun. I've noticed the ones that have concrete slate look, are nice looking, but probably more expensive.

We used Delcrete and are very happy

From what I've been told, stain fades less than paint and it needs to be resealed once a year.
