Congratulations. We looked at houses in Del Mar but the prices were the same as new home so we bought new. Beautiful area and we really liked the mature landscaping.

Nice location, down the street from LaZamora and so convenient to everything (Bowling, golf, 3 grocery stores, tons of shops and last but not least...ME!...giggle):22yikes::icon
