Hello, my name is Scott. Performance Drywall of Central Florida is a new addition to the Talk of The Villages, so I wanted to take time to introduce our company. We are a family owned and operated business right outside The Villages. My wife, Jennifer, and I started the company a little over 10 years ago. I started out doing drywall 15 years ago here in The Villages. I started out mostly doing drywall in new homes, but now concentrate on new additions, repairs and popcorn removal and re-texturing. We have been doing additions in The Villages and surrounding area for about 10 years. I have many years of experience matching textures, so your repairs will blend in well. My wife helps run the business, and is also a registered nurse.

Hi, I just had all my popcorn ceilings scraped off and a knock down sprayed I had Performance Drywall do the work. Scott was born and raised in this area and is a straight shooter. He can be contacted at 352-266-3350 or 352-266-1897. These guys did a GREAT job and did it in two days. I had all the furniture out as I was puting down new tile also. I would highly recommend this company. Also, you will be amazed at how much nicer the house looks after you get rid of that crummy popcorn.--I hope this helps you out.

Performance Drywall has done several jobs for my husband and I. We found them to be very professional. They did a great job at a good price and everyone was polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will call them again if I need anything done. I highly recommend them if you want efficient quality work at a fair price!

We had performance drywall, Scott Pollard remove our popcorn ceilings. the job was completed quickly,& the dust and mess was well managed. We would definitely hire them again.

Scott just finished our ceilings. Scraped popcorn off. Sprayed texture and troweled finish. I am very happy. He is also a good and prompt communicator. Stayed in contact with me from proposal to completion

Scott did some drywall repair in the master bedroom and painted the walls in that room. The completed project was done with perfection and an eye for details. Would hire him again and recommend him highly for any of your projects.

We recently bought home in Spanish Springs area. Without going out, can you tell me the square foot price to remove the popcorn and replace with either knockdown or smooth.
