Gas pedal sticking on my Yamaha Gas Cart
 

For the past two days I find my gas pedal sticking and not coming all the way back thus the engine idles when I put my brake on. Also when I step on the pedal it get stuck down pretty far and I have to take my foot and pull it up from the back.

Any suggestions>

Very hard to tell exactly the fix , but it requires taking up the mat and opening up the
Floor box and lubricating or replacing some parts.
