INTRODUCTION
Would like to introduce ourselves to this forum. We were lucky enough to have sold our home here in North Jersey within 3months. Of course had to back off about 20g, but we would like to leave this area sooner than later(costs taxes etc,oh and did i mention the lousy weather?).
Anyway picked out a nice place on Dunkirk in Hadley. Had visited TV in early Feb.And to quote a fellow we met while there.... "this place(TV) is a no brainier"! That sold us. Closing in early April and look forward to meeting "u all" JIM & LINDA HIPPLE p s we too have a westie and cairn...........they are very portable! |

Re: INTRODUCTION
Welcome! Brave people to own two terriers -- especially the Westie. They are adored in this household but, boy, are they stubborn dogs.

Re: INTRODUCTION
:welcome: Now you have to make it to the TOTV get-together in April on the 18th at Crispers.

Re: INTRODUCTION
:welcome: ;D
Check out the Doggie Doo Run Run dog park if your dogs are sociable that is. Pet sat for two Westies-- Chuck and Heather-- for about 6 to 7 years. They can be a bit ill tempered. There are cairns and Westies there though quite often. |

:welcome:
The Cat and I are happy to have new friends in TV - so long as The Dogs don't come visit The Cat's house! ;D Sorry not have as much apparent enthusiasm as Donna, but we aren't all quite so exuberant! SWR |
Re: INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on the new start, you're gonna have a blast!

Re: INTRODUCTION
Congratulations byenj, I am waiting for that day to happen to me, soon I hope. I am also hoping that when it happens it will happen quickly. I notice a lot of homes in the vls listing that say quick close. Does anyone know what they mean by quick.

Re: INTRODUCTION
Congrats to you and welcome to TV. It's a wonderful place and lifestyle. Can't wait to sell in Central NJ so that we can live permanently in our house in Amelia.

We are all looking forward to meeting you and introducing ourselves to you.[quote=Susan] http://www.millan.net/minimations/sm...ellosmiley.gif....Jim & Linda...http://www.millan.net/minimations/sm...tulationss.gif http://www.millan.net/minimations/sm...elcomwagon.gif http://www.millan.net/minimations/sm...groupsmile.gif As you can see I have no artistic or graphic capabilities, so I just borrow from my brilliant TOTVer's. See ya, and once again :welcome: to the neighborhood. Hyacinth Bucket |
Re: INTRODUCTION
Hi Jim and Linda, It sounds like you are about to start living the dream. Congrats!!! I haven't checked the map yet , but I think we may be neighbors. We just sold our home in Ohio and purchased a new home in Hadley on Foxbridge Terrace. We close in April and will be moving down in June. My wife is a retiring school teacher and needs to finish out the school year before we can move. We have had two Cairn Terriers and loved them both (real family dogs) Looking forward to the move and will watch for you walking the dogs.Dale and Joyce

Re: INTRODUCTION
:welcome: :welcome: :welcome: Hi Jim and Linda and welcome! Hadley is near me and my husband Stephen, we're in Duval. By the way, my real first name is Linda too. Anyway welcome to TV and to the neighborhood. We're great animal lovers as my hubby is veterinarian. He had his own practice for 35 years before retiring. We just moved here in Nov, so we're fairly new also. Let us know when you finally settle. Look forward to meeting you both! ;D
