I have read that fees for using the golf courses is $130 month. Is that per household or per person?

amenity fees also pay for all the rec centers and associated sports courts.

For golf, amenity fees allows all residents of the household (with a Villages resident ID) to play for free on the executive courses, if you are walking. If you are riding in a golf cart, each golfer pays 3.50 trail fee per round. If you play a lot of golf the $141 annual trail fee per household (for up to 4 registered residents per household) is a bargain.

Amenity fee is separate from championship golf course fees.
