I could just cry
 

I am sitting here watching golf and they keep running commericals for TV. Every time one comes on I tell Dewey "watch, watch its The Villages" and he patiently nods and watches the commerical--again! I can't wait to sell this house and move to Paradise. I am so happy for all those who recently sold homes and are their way to TV and I hope that before the summer is over I'll be one of them. And have a chance to meet everyone at Crispers. And by that time Barefoot should be back home from Canada!

I still think they show a little too much dancing and not enough emphasis on the sports. I know that dancing is very good for you but my friends think I'm moving to a roving dance hall. Oh well, when in Rome!

I know exactly what you mean Ouma. They play the same ads here during the golf tournaments. My husband calls out to me whenever the ad comes on...necessary because I seldom watch TV from a chair, can't sit still for that long. I come running and we both sigh with longing.
When we first decided to move to TV last spring the theme song from that ad became ours and we would imitate the line dancers whenever we told our friends and family about our plans. I admit we are a little crazy, we also laugh a lot.
Can't wait til it is more than a dream.

Susan and Tom, I'm afraid you're going to fit in down here rather perfectly. I don't foresee much of a period of adjustment for you at all. Have you bought a model golf cart for your mantel and do you occasionally look at it somewhat wistfully?

Oh, and do you consider Jennifer Parr a personal friend since you've seen her so often on the video?

Actually Muncle it is funny that you should ask. "Jen" and I were just talking about our impending move to TV the other day and she asked if we had met you yet.

She said you were quite famous in TV and that they were thinking of asking you to be part of the next update of the video. She was unsure if they could afford you though. What do you think?

As to the golf cart I wish we could get one that looked like a 1920's version, yellow Rolls Royce. We will probably end up with a normal one, but dreams can be fun.
