Retractable Shades - Accent Interiors of Central Florida
 

Has anyone in The Villages had any experience with Accent Interiors of Central Florida? They are located here in The Villages at 322 Wilkinson Way which is in Tall Trees. We contracted with this company for solar shades and valances after having our lanai enclosed. Our shades and valances were installed July 14, 2014. During installation one of the valances was broken and Marybeth, wrote on my invoice that this valance would be replaced. However, we have called and left numerous messages and texted as well to inquire about the replacement. Marybeth has never called us back and after almost 2 months, we strongly feel that we have been taken. has anyone else had any similar experiences with Accent Interiors of Central Florida?
