A quote from e book on living in the villages copyrite 2009:
"Everything except mortgage and bond maintenance will be between $800-$900 a
month
Taxes, insurance, amenities, lawn, pest, repairs, pressure washing, gas
electric, insurance, home watch, cable phone everything I spend on everything"
This is from the Ebook can anyone give an update?

IMHO $1000-$1100 is more realistic.
