Auto Glass Express Goes the Extra Mile(s)
 

Last night, I came home and found that my lawn service had run over a rock that went through and shattered the passenger window in my car. This was about 9pm when I got home and I knew that I needed to go out of town tomorrow with my car. Since all of the glass shops were closed, I got online and tried to find someone that could fix my glass in my driveway today (I was not going to drive my car with shattered glass). After sending 4 or 5 emails to different glass companies, I went to bed and waited for the phone to ring this morning.

At 8:05am, Auto Glass Express (Belleview) called asking how they could help. After I described the situation, he said that he did not have the glass in stock but while I was on the line, he looked on his computer for some used glass in the area...no luck. He knew that I really needed the glass replaced today. He told me that he would think about it a call me back in a few minutes. When he called back (about 8:15), he had located a place in Orlando that had the glass and that he could send one of his people to pick it up and he would have it at my house for installation by about 2:30pm.

They just left a little bit ago and I couldn't be happier. The 2 guys were professional, courteous and very thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone in The Villages that has the misfortune of needing glass on their car replaced. They come right to your house, replace the glass and clean up very nicely.
