Is there an Atkins support group in TV?

Great question!!! I am looking for an Atkins or low carb type support group, anyone know of such a group????:icon_hungry::icon_hungry::laugh:

I do not know of a support group but am a real Atkins believer. It has always worked for me and that is what matters. When I first went on it I lost 26 pounds, felt much better and my cholesterol dropped 40 points! I think some people are exceptionally sensitive to carbs and I am definitely one of them. Of course, I always eat a decent amount of carbs, just not starchy carbs. White bread, potatoes, pasta, etc are my arch enemies! I have found a low carb pasta, Dreamfields, that is very good which I eat in moderation when I HAVE to have pasta.

I will be following this thread to see if you do come up with a support group!

I would be interested in participating with such a group. I'm struggling with Atkins. Support would be helpful.

How about gluten-free?? Is there a support group for that as well??
