Heads up for great handyman!
 

Recently several members of my family needed a variety of things done around our houses. We were referred to M&M Enterprises of Florida. David Mathis has now done all sorts of things for my father, my sister, and myself. Carpet cleaning, upholstered furniture cleaning, moving refrigerators, repairs of this and that, etc. He shows up on time, pleasant attitude, fair prices, and so far, we haven't found anything he can't or doesn't do. He goes the extra mile and does a great job.

I've always used TOTV for getting reliable services, with excellent results. So this is my contribution to those of you looking for someone for that odd job. Good services are not always easy to find and its nice to have a forum to share information like this!

Isn't 312 Chicago? Maybe a transplant or snowbird with a cell phone?

Gary did a good job, charged a little more then he quoted me, but did the job and cleaned up after himself.

As for David, well he leveled my dishwasher, claimed he could do everything I needed done...........however, first his friend passed away, so he left town......then said he would be here the day he returned..............that wasn't true either. A neighbor called him, after he had returned, and she never got a phone call.............he never came back here either.

That was in January and this is March..............so go figure..........

Gary did a good job...........David never returned after he leveled my dishwasher...that was in January, several phone calls and e-mails.........this is March.........

Which David and which Gary???
