West Virginia
 

There was a great article in the Daily Sun on Sunday about West Virginia. It is one of the many beautiful states with great weather in the mountains in the summer.

My wife and I spent 2 months this summer at Snowshoe , West Virginia where the average high temperature is 73 degrees. There is a wonderful golf course which consumed most of my time along with hiking, etc.

No I am not from West Virginia but having spent two summers there I was impressed with the comfortable weather.

Snowshoe is an hour north of I 64 and White Sulfur Springs ( Greenbrier ) and to the west of I 81.
