Grass cutting and nicks to siding
 

Because the people that mow go so fast, they sometimes nick the vinyl siding with their weed wackers and leave holes in the siding. The last time I heard them I went out to speak to the mowing guy about their company taking responsibility and replacing the damages slats.
He replied that home owners are to keep a 4 inch wide barrier around the foundation (with no grass). And as we did not have it their company was not liable.
Does anyone know about this?
I may be looking for a new lawn mowing service

Unless they gave you something stating that when you signed up, it sounds bogus to me.
