From what I understand, they are extending the park area with trails, benches, exercise equipment, maybe..

The landscape and recreation improvements to Area B of Paradise Park are under way! We anticipate it will be open for your enjoyment in January 2015. Yes, I was in the office of the Paradise Rec Center about a year ago and they showed me those plans.
