I know one of the players, Carli LLoyd. She went to Delran High School while I was the media specialist and golf coach. She's no spring chicken but man can she play and talk about tough. She was older in the last olympics and was on the bench. Someone rolled over their ankle and she got in and was a key player.

I knew her boyfriend Brian Hollins much better. He golfed for me, tried to make it on the tour and now is a teaching pro. I can't take credit for his golfing skills. click here

I don't follow soccer and was thrilled to see she is still going strong.
