Red Dodge Van Blowing Air Horn to startle Golf Carts
 

This afternoon on the historic side I watched a Red Dodge Caravan with two females in the front blow a loud air horn in their vehicle at passing golf carts to get a laugh at the startled reactions. I followed them and watched as they did this 3 or 4 times. I finally caught up with them and asked them if they thought is was funny and asked if they lived here. They were both 30ish and seemed surprised someone would call them on this and said what are you talking about? I then offered them a video on my iphone and they took off.
Seems like something could be done. Did anyone else experience this today?

What could be done? It seems to me that you should have used your iPhone to call 911. Since you didn't, just let it go and be happy.
