Any Goldendoodles in The Villages?
 

My husband and I have been living in The Villages 4 1/2 months. We are giving consideration to getting a Goldendoodle puppy from a breeder in central Florida. Are there any Goldendoodle owners here that would be willing to talk with me or those we could meet to help us make our decision? Thanks in advance for any responses!

Great dogs but very high energy and very, very smart. Haven't owned one but one of my dearest friends in California did. They're loyal, loving, good with children. They do want a lot of attention and are not very happy being alone.

Here is a central Florida breeder that I know is extremely ethical and holds above average standards. She breeds mini-goldendoodles.

My wife and I had a female Goldendoodle for 6 years. Sadly we lost her to cancer in July. She was the worlds best pet. Smart, great with grandkids, playfull, with a temperament as sweet as you could ever ask for. If our hearts ever heal, we will be getting another. But, be careful, many breeders charge crazy prices and we found that it is not necessary to spend thousands for one. You need to do your homework.
