Yes, it is snowing here in the northern burbs of Chicago so if you hit a bump in the road or have some kind of hiccup in your day, remember you are living the dream there in the sunshine state. Is it 12/21 yet? That's when we next visit our new home in Lake Deaton. For now it's ❄️❄️❄️

Ugh! So sorry. We are still in. GA until February and although it isn't Chicago it's still too cold for me. Stay warm! When do tou move to be full-timers?

Predicting snow flurries in the Blue Ridge mountains of Georgia this weekend and the weather has been so weird I've actually seen daffodils blooming!

Daughter just sent us a picture of the snow from Chicago. I have to say we had great timing getting here last Friday. I hate snow and hope never to see it again.

The snow will fly in Detroit tonight. I'm so glad not to be there. My Tom will be freezing, but only for one more week.

Well it's no picnic down here. We got contrails in the sky [whatever that is], Cubans are aiming their missiles at us, Snowbirds are taking all the good parking spots, not one single upscale restaurant some Villagers, don't even rake the sand traps, and after 3 weeks of trying to make cheesy lump free grits---I figured out that it can't be done.

ARGGGGGGH!

We'll tomwed, I guess I'll be happy with 36 degrees, matching wind and occasional snow. You clearly have it worse than me! NOT.

BethP. We may be full-timers sooner than we thought. It was supposed to be next August but now it might be shortly after the first of the year. It can't come soon enough.

It snowed in OH on October 19th in 1981. It's much too early for snow and I can honestly say, I don't miss it one bit.

Snow is a four letter work like another hated word............. wait for it.............

No snow here in Ontario yet. It usually it starts mid November.
It's just cool enough here to enjoy turning on the fireplace at night.
We will be driving down I-75 in a few days on our way to The Villages.
I hope there are no snow squalls in Michigan or Ohio. :eek:
It is so cool to drive southward and start seeing green leaves and flowers.
And then ... palm trees! :pepper2:

The weatherman just said they could get up to a foot of snow in the mountains of NC, and it could be in the 30's in central Florida on Sunday morning.
