My Landscaper asked me what is the earliest time of the morning that he can start work and use power machines. I couldn't give him any guidance because I have no clue. Can you help with this question? Thanks

as one who is not an early riser :) i would hope they would at least wait until 8 a.m. as the roofers have done. if your neighbors are all on the golf course by 6 a.m. then power away!
