A little Irritating
 

The past few days every time I log into the Talk of the Villages I get a pop up message asking me to take survey, does anyone else get this message? Its getting rather irritating.

Can you try a different browser, like Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari and see if it's not TOTV?

Yes, I get the survey window also. I use Firefox. My notebook is new so I haven't added much but I'll try Adblocker. I also get very annoying video ads that pop up on any site. They are from TidyNet (or very similar sounding name) and I haven't been successful in either unsubscribing or uninstalling. Anyone familiar with that one?

Time for you to do an Adware/Malware scan and get rid of something on your computer. That should take care of that! If you don't have software to do this, I suggest Malwarebytes.com and download the free anti malware program. I use it all the time and it really does the trick for me. Was suggested to me by a guy who installed a new hard drive in my laptop.

Try Goggle Chrome and load Adblock plus.

I also use Firefox .. no survey for me.
