Home Inspection Recommendation
 

Just had an inspection done on my 1 year old home by outside the villages inspector. I am more than pleased with the results. Only a few minor things found that are in the process of being taken care of by the Villages builder. Inspector used was Penny Property Inspectors. I have since recommended them to other neighbors and everyone has been extremely pleased. Surprise that the builder was impressed with the report by the inspector and there was no push back on any items found by them. I came down to look at homes in May and had the house I was thinking of buying inspected by "Best Property Consultants" (J. R. Raspel). I was extremely impressed- he spend 3 hours with me, going over every inch of that house (I ended up buying it!). He was thorough, courteous and knew what he was talking about. He took many pictures, looked at everything (inside and out), tested every outlet, plug, appliance and the AC system. I have never seen such a thorough inspection. I received a report as well as a CD of the report and pictures. His office number is 1-888-730-2272. I would definitely recommend him.
