Sinkholes - any topographic features to indicate where they are more likely?
 

Intuitively, I would think that sinkholes would more likely occur near low points, where natural drainage over the decades would dissolve the limestone 20 to 100 feet below the surface. Conversely, I would think they would not be as likely to occur on a natural rise where water doesn't have as much opportunity to perc into the ground.

Does anyone know if this is the case? :dontknow:
