What colors do you see on TOTV?
I use TOTV on my laptop and I can connect my laptop to my TV.
On my laptop the green window border of TOTV is army green and the inside message box it's grey. On my tv the green border of TOTV is the color of grass and the inside of the message box is tan. It wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't just start editing photos. I haven't printed any photos yet but I wonder if the color on my laptop is correct or not. |

My two cents:
The television has its own display configuration .... it will look different. If you hook your notebook up to a projector, the same will happen .... the colors you see on the projector will not be the same as your notebook ... because of the color translations based on the equipment ... and the light in the room. So I would not worry about it. Use your notebook as the standard when editing photos. |

What does //// mean? I have seen that too. Is it short for something? Not meaning to sound snarky in anyway but I have seen these symbols before and I'm not sure if it's like LOL or LMAO. |
... means there is text missing . The message goes on to include what id after that sign. Not sure about the other

So what I did was research color calibration using windows 7 or 8.1.
click here I followed the directions and did not make any changes to my laptop. Next I googled, grass and then selected, images and found many grasses. My laptop is connected to my TV in duplicate mode. The grasses on my TV have too much yellow but on the laptop they look like real grasses. My next step is to figure out how to calibrate my big screen sony tv. thanks for everyone's input |

In online forums and other online discussion spaces bump is the word used to describe an action (e.g. a message post) so that a particular thread is returned to the top in the list of threads. Some users may even post a message with only the word "bump" to indicate they are posting only to bump the thread to the top of the list where more users will see it. |
