I need a metal shop (recommendation)
 

I need to have a smallish piece of metal (3/16 or 1/4" plate) cut and drilled for a special project. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's carries metal that will work.

Can anyone suggest a metal or machine shop somewhere in the area?

The message reads that you have the metal (or did I miss read?), I have a drill press and tools to cut and weld (iron/steel) metal. Would be glad to discuss with you, s3nd me a PM. Depending on what you are looking for scrap yards may have what you want. I am new to the area, so I do not have a favorite scrap yard yet.
