I went to her when my doctor was unavailable. Thought she was most competent.

Does a PA charge the same as if you saw a doctor? Does Medicare know that a patient is not seeing a doctor and still approve the payment?

PAs & ARNPs are reimbursed at lower rates than physicians (usually) and are billed for by the doc's practice (usually). The doc is considered to be supervising them.

Not sure about Linda but Colony has some very fine PA,s and Dr.s. Hocutt is mine and he is great. He recently showed me stretching for my lower back and legs. He got on the floor and demonstrated !!! What Doc Does that.
