Where did the shopping sprees go? Now you just get a discounted price on new construction. You uses to get more on the shopping spree.

Cash is King! Plus, you can take that CASH and shop anywhere you want.

Zummy we bought at the time they were giving furniture and I loved it. But in reality, my hubby would have preferred the discount on the house. The Captain is right about that.

Our sales rep told us that you get more for the "furniture" discount because the furniture is so expensive.

NJ, I don't know what the percentages are but the furniture is gorgeous and very very expensive. I felt like this was a gift. My hubby still wanted the cold hard cash off. But I'm happy with the furniture. So maybe you're right because we practically furnished the entire house and it is beautiful furniture from Sothern Lifestyles. I really don't care if the developer owns it. Like everything in TV, it lovely and great quality.
