is opening? Today their was a sumter co deputy parked at the partial barrier acting as gatekeeper (folks would stop and he would let them through)

Must be getting close to opening. The road is done all the way to Rt44 but only construction vehicles are allowed right now. I for one can't wait so I don't have to drive all the way to 441S to go to Leesburg.
