Villages Golf cart store
Went to get new tires at Bichara Blvd store. I had the old tires and rims in the trunk of my car. They said that they will not sell tires over the counter and
will not mount any tires unless the rims were bought there. They just lost a future sale of a new cart and an unhappy consumer. |
Some places just don't get it. A little customer service goes a long way.

If you have the standard sized tires for your cart, you can go to Rolling Acres where they prep the carts and buy tire and wheel very inexpensively. If you have the larger tires, I went to Tire Choice with my cart and they took care of me and didn't upsell. There also are favorable posts here for Wildwood Tire on 466A.

had the same experience on the phone with spanish springs store. rep said i would have to bring cart in, i said i will just bring in the wheels, he then said i must make an appointment. i hung up, took the wheels to rolling acres and had them done. i don't want the upsell stuff on my cart that the auto repair shops do.

What about Sam's club?

A new service center is being built at Brownwood. When it's completed, they will take walk ins I am told. Had an issue with my light flickering continuously on my cart. Had to make an appointment, but they fixed the problem quickly!

I had a nail in my tire. I drove to TVGC store in SL and they fixed it right away. I bought my cart from them over a year before and they fixed it for free.

sam's club sells the tires but said they will not mount them on aluminum wheels.
|
Did you ask why?

sams will sell the entire tire and rim.......for just about the same price as buying the rubber alone.
