Driving Requirments for Golf Carts
 

By all means lets have a "Test" not just written that would be too easy. If you can't turn your head to touch your shoulder, both ways, maybe you shouldn't be driving. I dread what restrictions someone might put on drivers that are over 55.
Lets pay to take the test, better yet, lets pay people to make up the test. We need more restrictions, because we a not old enough to use commonsense.
Lets not make up rules, just because there are a few, very few, that may need them. I find most drivers to be very friendly and courteous.
