Anonymous vs KKK

Apparently the hacker group Anonymous has declared cyberwar on the KKK groups involved in Ferguson,Mo.,claiming they are reacting to threats of violence to their members by the KKK. Since Anonymous claims to be in favor of freedom of expression do you think they are justified in attacking the KKK by taking over the KKK's twitter accounts and possibly posting identities of KKK members on line?

Your post isn't clear but I can't imagine that anyone would be behind the KKK or support them for any reason.

WHO is reacting to threats of violence from WHOM?

Sadly, the KKK has as much right to freedom of speech as anyone else. So, while I loathe the organization, I do believe Anonymous is wrong in this.

If they are inciting violence, then their posts should be forwarded to the proper authorities.

Anonymous claims it is reacting to threats of violence from the KKK in Ferguson,Mo.

Who is Anonymous?

There are too many people with nothing else to do but b**ch and protest and try to extort money from some other poor working stiffs paying taxes.

And that's not just in Ferguson, but everywhere in this country.

An old adage from a creaky old teacher I had in 1962:

"Idle hands are the devil's workshop."

Hopefully the protestors will exercise their second amendment rights and arm themselves for protection against these KKK members.

Good grief Charlie Brown!

Gracie - I am having difficulty following the OP as well. Don't have a clue who Anonymous is and why they are outing the KKK.

subject does not quite make my list....gotta go let the dog out!

Anonymous (group) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

I think this gives a good description.

I agree with RW, selective censorship, if its ok to go after the KKK how about the Black Panthers or Muslim Brotherhood, both who are fermenting trouble in Ferguson.

graciegirl 11-19-2014 10:08 AM

I think that it smells funny. No one in their right mind would support the KKK.

The KKK has diminished over the years to a very small number.(Thank God) It has no clout but it has a horrible history.

I think this thread is about some extreme ideas that most of us don't understand.

But, I I think Al Sharpton is on the other extreme. Hating is never gonna solve the race issue.
