Ever have trouble locating your car in a large parking lot?
This gentleman uses his head to increase the range of his key's remote signal to get his car's lights to flash from way off. Unlocking a car with your Brain - Sixty Symbols - YouTube
I found this helpful. |
We lived in ATL when the new airport opened. It is symmetrical, including the parking lots. Dozens of people every day thought they lost cars when they were simply on the opposite side of the airport.

The last two vehicles I have owned have been black, the most popular color where I now reside. They have also been a very popular make and model around here. It is not uncommon for me to see four to six vehicles that are black and my vehicle's make and model in a single row of vehicles. Therefore at times I use the remote to flash its lights.

Amazing! Who woulda thunk it!
Another reason to carry a bottle of water with you, in the hot Florida sun!!! I usually try to park in the same area, when visiting a big box store. It would be nice if they hung signs, to number the aisles. I don't like wandering in the desert! :D |
Well, I can tell you that this trick, in fact, does work! I have been using it for years...not sure where I discovered the trick though.
On occasion, I will forget if I locked my car, so I go to where I can "see" the car, place the key under my chin and press... I have never tried the water, but the scientific explanation of the video is a plausible reason. Happy Clicking! |

Works for me even in large multi tier garages.
|
Great experiment!

Hummm. I don't know about that because there are those that shouldn't be putting electronic devices close to their head, know what I mean?

I send my seeing eye dog out to find my car.

Hmmm
My key fob is separate from the actual key. Will it still work?
|
