It's too late for any more. We're at 4.57 inches in Sanibel. Glad I live 2/3rd of the way up the hill.

So, is there flooding in The Villages? We haven't moved yet (less than 2 weeks to wait now), so I can't look out the window to know. Has me a little worried. Thanks.

Just checked rain gauge .......just a hair shy of 5" in Gilchrist

MikeV 11-25-2014 08:53 PM

My weather radio just went off. Warning of flooding possible in TV.

Actually, no flooding. The roads are built with a crown, with deep gutters on both sides of the road.

The gutters lead to massive storm drains which takes the water to retention ponds, and that's where we get our irrigation water.

Come Rain or Come Shine

Singin' in the Rain

Rainy Days and Sundays

Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

It's Rainin' Men

Stormy Weather

...and some song with Indianapolis in it...can't remember.

Cry Me A River ... Yeah, I know. That's a reach.

OK. That's all I got.

But at least I did not Google.

Anybody else? Without any Googling. Or any form thereof.

Anybody?

Have you ever seen the rain

Who'll stop the rain

Rainy day women #12 & 35

And did not google....
