Golf cart rentals companies to avoid?
 

The golf cart rental that was going to come with our rental home has fallen thru so we are looking for a golf cart rental for Jan - March. Prices seem to run from $300-$425 a month. I'm looking for a dependable company with good service and rates.

Here is a list I have been given for golf carts. If you've had any experience with any of them or others please let me know. You can send the info by private message if needed also.

Because of bad reviews on here we will stay away from 1st Cart rental

I had a very good exprience with RentMeCarts in May. I would highly recommend them.

I called both Grandpa and Grandmas and J&J when I tried to rent that cart in May and neither of them called me back! I thought that was strange since it was an off-season rental.

We've had nothing but great service from Grandma & Grandpa's. Be sure to call Scott at 352-552-8478. He takes care of the rentals.

I have used Grandmas and Grandpa's for the past two years and will use again in 2015.
I call in advance and have never had a problem. Dropped off and delivered at the time and date stated. The carts are in excellent condition and I believe they only deal in gas carts but you can ask. Any questions send a message.

Grandmas and Grandpas rates up there, too.

Recommend people walk than rent from The Villages Golf Cart -- you'll get there faster.

I purchased a golf cart from Grandpa & Grandma Buggies and they are very professional and great people to deal with. A neighbor rented a cart and was very satisfied. Scott & Vicky 352-552-8478.

Another vote for Grandpa and Grandma's Village Buggies. Rented from them for 3 years until we moved down & bought our own. Still rent when company comes & we need another cart.

We just used Rent Me (Don) and couldn't have been any happier with with the service. Great people to deal with and treat the customer with great respect. We'll be using them every time someone comes to visit.
