Mercedes Benz Service Close to here???
 

Can anyone recommend somewhere close by to get service on a Mercedes?

The closest M-B dealer is in Sanford. They are owned by AutoNation and do a great job. Their parent is M-B of Orlando located in Maitland. Maitland is about 1 hour from TV

M-B of Gainesville is the 3rd closest. If you catch them on a good day they will bring a loaner to your house, perform needed maintenance, and drive your car back to your home. In my experience they are more expensive than the 2 locations I noted earlier. Probably because of the "free" pickup and delivery.

If your car is under warranty you must use a dealer. I use dealers only anyway because I'm not familiar with any local alternatives who would be unlikely to have access to genuine M-B parts and especially software patches and updates. The newer cars are all fly by wire and electronics.

Good to know if you have an older M-B no longer under warranty. Thanks but I'll continue to use M-B dealers.

I go to MB dealership in Maitland for my S500. Mike Hertz has been my service representative for about 7 years now. He knows I'm on fixed income and seems to treat me fairly.

Iwas able to get to this dealer in less than an hour. It is right off the tollway.
