Currently under construction a couple of blocks from Belle Glade Country Club.
Shingles are now on roofs of many of them. Stucco walls.

they are finishing the ones off of powell also

Alden Bungalows, which is on the west side of Powell Road and just north of the new Publix shopping center went on the market last Friday as per my salesman. That's just west of the MVP Health Club.

The Fruitland Park section of The Villages is scheduled to have courtyard villas.

Yes, if you drive down 466A you can see some of the Villa walls are already up.
