Brownwood Tree Lighting
 

Went to our town square tree lighting last night. What fun! I bet over 2,000 people were there. Lots of entertainment, food and best of all the people! It was great to see everyone singing Xmas carols, holding up lighted candles, and standing up to honor our troops. Gotta tell ya, this is the best place to live! No fights, no arguments, no demonstrations. Just a lot of people enjoying their friends and families. God Bless everyone that lives in The Villages for making life so meaningful and enjoyable.

We Were up at the Landings to meet some friends and the square was empty. I guess everyone was at Brownwood!

We were there also and thought it was fabulous. What impressed us the most was the sense of community that was felt. We enjoyed singing Christmas carols and watching the glow of candles throughout the large crowd. It was beautiful, and a great evening.
