Will West Virginia Day picnic be March 1?

I am told that the West Virginia Day picnic is held the first Sunday of March every year. Is that true this year? That would be March 1.

I need details about time and place. Still at La Hacienda Center, 1200 Avenida Central, as in previous years.

Who do we contact to purchase tickets, find out about locations, times, etc.

I run the Monongah High School (WV) online alumni blog and will spread the word about it. Plus, Paula and I will be renting on Rainbow Drive, off No. 5 fairway of Silver Lake golf club, January-March, 2015.

I would appreciate any helpful information. Thank you.
