Is Comcast cable and internet down? Mine is and this is usual. Don't ask how I got here.

I am in Alhambra on the north side. Maybe it is just in my area. I tried calling Comcast and get busy signal and they did say on the radio it is out so must be only a part of TV.

I called Comcast around 11:00 pm asking when it would be back on. I was told 6:00 am and that it was down due Comcast doing some upgrades. I was NOT a happy camper. I did ask that I be credited for the down time considering it's been down since early afternoon.

Just for the heck of it, I tried the TV about midnight and Comcast was back. Oh happy days.

I have had Comcast since 2002 and that is the first really long cable TV outage. Once it was down for a few hours because a fire burned pole and wires. Not a happy camper if it was for upgrades---should never have taken that long. TV I can do without but not my internet!!!!!!
