Need Recommendations for Roof Inspection
 

Does anyone have roofers they could recommend to do a roof inspection and possible replacement? Owens-Corning did an inspection, but we would like an independent one. Thank you.

Effective earlier this month (12/11/14, I think), Owens Corning notified local roofers that they would no longer accept samples pulled by them for inspection and that effective immediately, 100% of inspection in The Villages area must be done by Owens Corning personnel. If you are looking at a claim for OC shingles, you may be throwing good money after bad by paying someone to do the inspection as OC will not use it. OC will start scheduling their own inspections in TV sometime in January.
