This is a Brand New Home, never lived in with a view of the Evans Prairie Marsh from the front Bedroom and Breakfast Nook.

Rental Policy:

Nonrefundable $100 cleaning fee and remainder of Rent due 14 days before rental begins for February/March rental, and 60 days before rental for later months.
Cancellation Policy: rent received is non-refundable unless the house is re-rented for same time period.

Rental is due two weeks before rental begins? Is this normal in Villages?

First- we have this rented for Feb and March.

Second - actually, most people ask for half the rent up front when booking occurs in the high season.
