Moving in 1/1/15

Hi All
As of Jan, 1st we are full time residents.
We need some good advice. We must find a new Dentist and a new Eye Doctor. Please sent us your suggestions.
Thanks
Mort & Stella

I go to Ocala Eye in Laurel Manor. Several doctors there and a nice selection of glasses.

Dr Ram on Benoes Aries for eyes.

A second vote for Dr. Ram. We were told about him via our former opthomologist in NJ.

There are several good ophthalmology practices here. I agree about Dr. Ram -- he's well respected and his office staff are efficient and capable.

Don Burbank is good general dentist:
Cosmetic Dentistry Lady Lake

He has a great rapport with patients and a modern, comfortable office offering a range of procedures. And his office staff coordinate their scrubs; it was a holiday theme when I was there recently. :)

I use Dr. Heydari as my dentist. He is located on 466A, just across the street from Colony Plaza. His dental practice goes by the name of Aesthetic Dental. His # is (352) 633-2467.
When I first moved to TV's, I tried others, none which in my opinion, would get me to back the 2nd time. Dr. Heydari is not one to push a lot of unnecessary dental work on you as so many do here in TV's.
Good luck!!!! And Welcome to you new home.

I also use Dr Heydari. He doesn't push you to buy more than you need.

Dentist

My wife and I use: Dr. Robert Lesh
Southern Trace Dental
Southern Trace Plaza Route 466
(352) 751-5777

He does what needs to be done; not more, not less.
The staff is competent and sensitive to the needs of the patients.

We go to Serenity dental Spa in Spanish Springs. LOVE everyone in the office and they don't go overboard with recommending procedures. Wonderful people and a great atmosphere - warmed blankets, scented eye masks, lip balm and juice at the end, and three kinds of toothpaste for the cleanings- mint, cherry or pina colada!

Hi Jersey Jets, I don't have any dentist info but was wondering where you moved down from. I live in Monmouth County and will be looking for a reliable mover in the spring. Do you have any recommendations? Jersey Girl Lorraine

Hi.

We left Jersey in 2001. We lived in Alabama since. As of 1/1/2015 we are full time. We used Atlas both times. Very happy with them.
Call Nancy Burnham 941-758-3844 or 800-899-2527. She was very helpful.
Tell her Mort O'Shea gave you her name.
Good Luck

Go Jets...............

Does anybody have comment on Lange eye?

graciegirl 01-22-2015 05:01 PM

I highly recommend Palm Ridge Dentistry, behind Lang Eye off 466 near the high school. Both dentists, Dr. Kathleen Williams and Dr. Reem Jabar trained at University of Florida in Gainesville and they are the best dentists we have ever had.

When I was there last week I saw that they are enlarging their practice and expanding into the units next door. So if you haven't been able to get in, you soon will be able to.
