Haven't seen it before, but the ad might just be one of those ads generated by a poster's previous ad viewings....and not actually an ad by TOTV.

If you look in the upper left you will see 'sponsored links'. This means the ad is being delivered via Googles advertiser network. It is one of their advertisers.
