Need contractor reccomendations
 

I am considering enclosing my lanai. I want to make an all seasons room with good sun protection. Any recommendations?

Gary Harman /Complete Home Improvements. Home 352-347-2192 / Cel 352-233-8504. We had our attached porch rennovated by Gary. It had siding on the walls as the outside of the house has. He removed the siding, added drywall, painted, added outlets, mounted and connected a 42" flatscreen TV to a wall, added lighting to our 2 fans. He also has done extensive work from our recommendatrion for friends of ours that purchased a home. Easy to work with and he does excellent work.

You should probably get an estimate from CVS Windows. The owner is a neighbor in Southern Star Villas in Tamarind Grove. In the almost 4 years of this villa community their yard sign has been in the front of at least 25 homes out of the 88 villas. I see their sign all through TV. My golfing partner had his lanai enclosed and was very happy with the job. His final bill was actually $300 cheaper than the estimate. It looks like they have had zero complaints with the BBB in the last 3 years. Here's their BBB page.
