Having trouble with an item we have for sale. Cannot see any way to get back to a responder after trying through TOTV, email and the ad itself. Have had a previous item sold with no problem. Anyone else having issues?

When you are logged into your TOTV account then click on 'classifieds' in the navigation bar. Right at the to you should see an icon of an envelope. If you click on this you should be able to access your emails.
