help-improvements cost
 

I know I have read what some of you spent for birdcages, pools etc. but I just spent searched and spent a couple of hours trying to find the posts. I am trying to compare homes with big birdcages to those without and those with enclosed glassed in lanais and those without. We will want to glass in at least part of the lanai. I am a numbers person and trying to compare apples to apples when looking at houses. I found granite info ok but the rest is hiding from me.. Oh solar tube costs so I can ad to my budget.
As always all you peoples sage advise is greatly appreciated. Trying to compare all these houses is giving me a headache.
