If not from one of the local nurseries try this one in Mt. Dora:

I did an internet search on jack frost ligustrum availability florida 32162

Instead of wasting your time and gas, I would call some local nurseries. I bought a few last year from Earthscapes on the south side of Rt. 44, just east of 301. Their phone number is 352-748-0351. You might try them first.

You might also want to check with Terrascapes and Fairview Farms.
They are both located on CR 301 close to The Villages.
