The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator with ice maker. All the standard small appliances and utensils are provided as well as dishware, flatware, glassware, bedding, and linen. A washer and dryer are available for your use. There are fans in the lanai, living room and both bedrooms.

Single month rental - $500 Security deposit is due at time of booking. 50% of rent is due 7 days after booking and remaining 45 days prior to beginning of lease.
Multiple months rental - $750 Security deposit is due at time of booking.

All taxes, utilities, Cable TV (fiber optic), trash, lawn service, amenities and high-speed (WiFi) wireless internet are included.
